MS computer glitch grrrr......

Just got my confirmation in the mail for Nov.
Now, I have had 2 sent before, and the ressies were linked
I got my waitlist for the last day from a standard studio
to a boardwalk studio and called to get a new confirmation sent out.
Now they have me leaving on the wrong day.
I called and they said that part of it became "unlinked"
and they can't fix it
It's not the new ressie, it's part of the old ressie that was already linked.
I was told that there's a "glitch" in the system
and they can't link part of my ressie.
Of course it's the days smack dab in the middle of my trip.
Grrrrr.....
He said that he'd leave a note in the ressie, but still couldn't link them.

Here's my dilema - I was told that my reservation all this time has been
linked (this part of the ressie for over 5months!)

If they mess up and don't read the note, can I just not leave my room?
I know rooms are blocked, but that would mean moving twice because
MS's computer system has a "glitch"

hmmmm... I'll call MS again tomorrow, but should I also call BW?

What does MS say? I had a problem with a reservation made with AKV developers points. My written confirmation had the wrong check-in date, but MS had the correct check-in date in their system. Everything turned out OK and MS was correct but the written confirmation was never fixed.

They said that the problem should be fixed now. Huh?
I'll feel better when the ressie is in hand with the right dates.
I have all the dates, but without the link, I'll have to move twice.
Hopefully MS will have this straightened out for sure before the
room assigner does the rooms. Eeeks, what a mess!

I wouldn't worry to much about it. they can do it when you check in. We had a day come through again the day before we were suppost to check out of AKV. They said at first we would have to move but after a little magic of the manager we didn't have to. I think you should be ok. But if you are in the time from then I would give BW a call to confirm.
