MS Closing at noon Tomorrow

I just got off the phone with MS. They had a recorded message stating that they would open for a limited time tomorrow. They will be open from 9:00 til noon. Thought some of you might be interested.

I also called them to book PS's for our upcoming trip and got the same message. Ended up calling WDW-DINE instead and was amazed that I got through immediately!

I hope all of our Disney and DVC CMs are safe and protected in this storm. I think we all tend to take for granted granted how much work making magic really is.

They also said on the recorded greeting to call back on Tuesday if your resv. in the next 7 days.

Will they be open on Sunday? My husband & I are supposed to leave on Monday and wanted to wait until Sunday to see if we should cancel. We are not DVC members, but the person I bought from agreed to cancel for us and return our money.

I'm a brand new member, so hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I think MS is only open Monday thru Friday, 9-5:30, regularly.

Sorry - I meant to say they said to not call until Tuesday if your resv. is NOT within the next 7 days...

My guess is if they are closing early on Friday, and they are normally not open on the weekends, they will NOT be open on Sunday...especially seeing as the news seems to point towards Sunday being when the storm will hit more central Florida.

I have a reservation tonight too.
I ended up cancelling 2 nights of reservations and keeping the rest.
Hoping for the best.
However, if I can't make it in on sunday OR monday they told me to call front desk directly and tell them.
MS should open back up on tuesday.

We have a reservation for Tuesday night at Vero Beach.

MS said they would call us if there was damage and our reservation had to be dropped.

We are going to hope for the best. I hope all of the CM's at Vero and elsewhere are safe.
