MS changed my HH 1 BR with roll in shower to a

Grab bar shower. I only found out when I called to drop a day because my wait list came thru. It took some time to fix it. I use a power chair full time,no way can I step up into a shower. MS said I made changes to the ressie which I did not. Even if I did I would never agree to not having a roll in shower. The CM was very kind,because it was taking so long she offered to call me back. After a couple of hours she did. I'm not in HH area but close. I still don't know how this happened. My ressie on the DVC up coming vacations site said it was a roll in shower. I'm just glad this got straighten out before I arrived.
