MS can't book kids clubs!

This is the 2nd time I had trouble with booking a kids club at WDW through MS. When I first wanted to book I was told I had to call the 407- WDWPLAY #. I hung up and called MS back and made the ressie with no problem with a different CM. That happened about a month ago. Then I just had to call MS to cancel that ressie and rebook it for another day. As soon as I gave the girl the conf. # she told me I had to have made that resssie through the 407 # and I need to call them, she can't cancel it. I told her no it was made through MS. She puts me on hold for 10 min. and comes back and states she cancelled it. Then I asked if I can rebook and she told me no. She said she wasn't trained to do that, and has no idea how to do it! She told me I have to call the 407 #. So I call the 407 # and they tell me MS is suppose to make that ressie for me and I do not have to call them! They made the ressie and checked to make sure the girl from MS cancelled the first one which she did. I just don't understand why some are trained to do this and others are not! I shouldn't have to call the 407 # and I shouldn't have to keep calling MS till I get a person that knows how to do their job. Sorry, just venting!

I agree - we had no problem booking Kids Club - she did mention that she hadn't done it in awhile but persisted and booked it - not to put MS down, but I don't think it's rocket science. If the MS didn't know how to do it - she should redirect you to someone who does and then learn how to do it for the next DVC member that calls.

I tried to book one of the pirate's cruises through MS, but the CM only knew about the one at the GF and said it was booked full. I had to call the 407-WDISNEY # to be able to book the Albatross Cruise at the BC/YC (which the CM at MS told me didn't exist).

boy sounds like the management at MS - needs to be retrained - if this is what service we are being given.

somebody is not training MS correctly.
