MS and ADRs

I have always made my ADRs through the regular Disney Dinning phone number. Is there any advantage to using MS to make them instead?

The only advantage to call MS is the ability to use the toll free number.

The regular dining line is open earlier and later in the day and open on holidays.

As this has been discussed in other threads recently, please use the dining number so you're not tying up MS for people making reservations. Plus, our dues go towards that and not ADRs.

The CM has always asked after making reservations if he/she can help with dining reservations. Yesterday I called to check availability, there wasn't any, but still, he asked if he could make dining reservations for me for my March trip. It's a service I use when I can.

If I need to call MS anyway in regards to a DVC reservation, I book dining through them just for convenience. If I just need to book dining I call the dining line, since I have free long distance.
