Be very careful when dealing with Member accounting. I went to pay of our mortgage last week and I am still having problems. First, I spoke with two separate account representatives. For the life of me I could not converse with due to thick Hispanic accent and broken English. As I was trying to speak with the 2nd person and try to make the payment she tells me that they need $ 200 more than the letter stated. When asked why she could not tell me why, but, I just need to pay it.

I was done at this point and asked for a supervisor. She was very nice and she stated that the computer showed we owed more money but she could not tell me why? She stated that she would take the payment and she would send me a detail breakdown of the account. I told it was fine. I gave her a credit card number and sure enough she charged me over $ 500 more than they should have gotten. Of course, I find this out in my account when we are overdrawn and fees are adding up and purchases are being declined. I finally figure it out and call disney and the supervisor was gone and they tried to get me straightened out. I finally got the credit issued. It took 1 day to take the money and 6 days to credit the money.

I asked to speak with a real manager and I received a call from a Mr. Anthony's assistant who told me she would get on top of it and call me by the end of the day. That was a week ago. Nothing heard from them. Not even the numbers promised me.

Be cautious giving credit/debit cards to these people. Send them checks. Shame on Mr. Anthony's assistant for not calling me back.
