Mrs.Smiths Apple Dumplings help

Does anyone have the directions on how these are supposed to be cooked?

I've never made any apple dumplings before and I just realized that when DH put them in the freezer a few days ago he threw away the box.

You could go to the store and look at one of their boxes and take notes? Mrs. Smith's website (www.mrssmiths.com) doesn't even list apple dumplings.
