Mr Toads Wild Ride...

Was there or is there a ride at the MK called Mr Toads Wild Ride? My DD has the sing along video and that song brought back memories of Disney. I thought there was a Mr Toads Wild ride???
Am I right?
If so, is it still there?

Nope. It's gone. The Winnie the Pooh ride is where it used to be.

I miss it, but there is a cute picture in the Pooh ride of Mr. Toad handing over the deed

It was torn out several years ago to make way for the Winnie The Pooh ride. Recently WDW sold one of the Toad ride vehicles on eBay. Search the web and you'll find several fan sites devoted to Mr. Toad.

Well, there used to be! You can thank good ole' Winnie the Pooh for the demise of that attraction. The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh has replaced Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. If you still want to ride with Mr. Toad to he.., you have to visit Disneyland.

It really does bring back vivid Disney memories from YEARS ago!!!

We rode Mr. Toad at DL last year...my question is: Why does Mr. Toad go to hell? I asked the CM and she had no idea either.

Mr. Toad is one of my all-time favorites! I love the way you smell the brimstone. I'm trying to remember the Wind in the Willows story--doesn't Toad just dream he's been sent to hell and this helps Mole and Rat get him back on the straight and narrow and become a reformed citizen?

I may have to get my book out. Luckily, I believe this ride is still at DL.

Where is the picture located of Mr Toad handing over the deed? We aren't really sure what we are looking for and where, so we missed it last trip. We're goin' back tho' and would love to find it next time

The picture is near the beginning of the ride in Owl's office. If you look quick to your left there is an 8 x 10 drawing of Toad handing the deed to Owl. It's really cool.

In CA? Mr. Toads been closed at WDW in FL for at least 4 years; maybe more.

Yes. Sorry if my abbreviation of Disneyland to "DL" confused you. When Winnie the Pooh came to CA, it displaced Country Bears instead of Mr. Toad.
