Mr. Toad at Haunted Mansion

Has anyone noticed if the Mr. Toad statue is back in the Haunted Mansion Pet Cemetery yet? I'm going to WDW next week with some folks who have never been, and was looking forward to pointing out this hidden gem.

I was just there this weekend and I specifically looked for him, and unfortunately he's not back yet.

I could've sworn I saw a CM comment on a Disney form that he was coming back, eventually.

I just left Mk a few minutes ago and he was not back in his spot yet
