Mr. Potato Head

Can anyone tell me how much it is to fill one of the boxes w/ Mr. Potato Head parts? Is Downtown Disney the only place to do this? How many parts can you fit in the box?

our experience with Potato head in Dec. It was 18.00 a box. Each park has a store(1) with Mr Potato Head part. But we found that Downtown Disney had all the parts. My husband took his time packing boxes. We bought three boxes and end up with all the pieces. It had about 52 pieces per box. With extras of arms and other small items. These were pack with pieces only not the Potato Head. Hope this helps some.

The last time I got one I think the cost was around 18.00(I would plan on 20.00).

You can get Mr.Potato Head from some of the hotels(Pop century for one) and I know for sure you can get them in Dinoland at AK(can't remember the store name).

As to how many parts can you fit in? That is hard to say,there are some really big pieces,lots of medium pieces,and a few small pieces. It really depends on what pieces you choose to pick.

To get some extra pieces in to your box don't forget to fill up Mr. Potato's compartment in the back.

I would see if I could purchase the really big pieces like Dumbo apart from the box.

Just for your info, Mr. Potato head has both right hands and left hands-they are not interchangable. I can't tell you how many people on this board,me included,that have found this out the hard way.

You can save space and pick up a potato head at home and use the entire box for accessories. If you are getting the potato Pack inside full, you can actually remove the flap to pack. DH thinks I'm nuts kids are getting big for playing with it and I cannot wait to pick-up any accessories I could not fit last time.

DD got Darth-tater for Christmas (from toys r us) and Mr. Potato head as the Easter bunny.

We were just there and the cost is still 18.00 for as much as you can fit in the box. We made the same mistake with the hands, but we were able to exchange it for the correct one. We actually had a cm encourage us to stuff it as full as we could, including the back compartment. He even helped us to fill it as much as we could....i think he got a kick out of it! This was at dd. have fun!

What size potato head are these parts for? We have a smaller potato head (the back doesn't open), along with a carrot and ear of corn. Too cute! I'd love to get more accessories for them, but they aren't the standard large potato head size.

I can't wait til we go to DTD and get to pack our boxes with Mr PH parts! And I will take hours to do it if I have to! I'm glad to hear you can get everything into 3 boxes. Someone before once said they got all theirs in 4.
