Hi,

I have been reading a post on the Budget Board about Mr. Potato Head in WDW. It seems you can buy a lot of great parts for him, and put as many as you can in a box for certain dollar amount.

This sound like something my son would love. Does anyone know if this is available in Disneyland?

Thanks

I've read that you can this at DCA, I don't remember the name of the shop. It's the toy store at the front of the park.

I saw them last week in DCA in the first shop as you enter the park on your right. Don't know the name of the shop but you can't miss it. It even had a stand sign in the walk way with a picture of Mr. Potato Head explaining the items available. My kids love them.

Enjoy!

The name of the store is Engine Ears Toys. It's one of a few shops inside what looks like an Amtrak car and is located near the entrance as others have mentioned.

We just did this yesterday! It can be a little stressful, but fun. It is $18.00 to fit as much stuff in the box as you can. You can also fill the inside first with the smaller parts.

how big is the box? can you just buy parts? we already have 4 potato heads and home and really dont need another. also, what kind of parts do they have.? we are looking for buzz, power rangers. do they have them? do they have princess parts?
thanks in advance

Yes you can just buy the parts, we bought 2 boxes this last trip, and just filled them up with parts alone.

What they have can vary. We got Buzz, Goofy, Donald, the Incredibles, Mickey, Dumbo ect.. I can't remember what they had on Princesses, since my son wouldn't have that. LOL I did see some cute Minnie stuff and maybe even Tinkerbell. Don't recall Power Rangers, are they a part of Disney now?

Just make sure you get arms because regular Mr. Potato Head arms won't hold the disney stuff. And they have all kinds of cute stuff to hold. (tickets, ice cream bars, suitcases, etc. oh...and mickey gloves. )

I know they have princess parts, including hair sometimes! We have glass slippers, a wand and a crown or one of those cone shaped princess hats. Last year, I saw a buzz lightyear ride vehicle for the potato to sit in.

Hope this helps!
