I went over my bandwidth allotment so they shut me down. (I was a bad bug apparently)
Since there are no new signups, I can't re-open another account there.

I think I may have a new solution though. I will have to be much more careful with this one. These free places are getting pretty scarce. The survivor things will have to be hosted by the individual users for now though.
