Update on my friends daughter in Thai Land. She had a very lucky escape. She had been on Phi Phi island for several days and along with 5 of her friends decided to travel further inland and to go to one of the islands on the east coast on Christmas day. So when the earthquake struck she was not affected. In fact she didn't know there was a problem until she heard about it on the news! So she left the island the day before the earthquake!!

O.K I have to run, the internrt food shopping order has just arrived so I need to put my food away.

Wow! How lucky for her & her friends. Phi Phi island was one of the worst hit. I'd be freaking out if I were her.

She has returned to the school she is working at but now wants to return to the coast to help with the aid effort. She has said she is not comming home as she is OK.

I'm soooo relieved to hear she's alright and what a brave girl to want to help the victims

cadburysmom I am the ultimate California Pizza Kitchen fan.

I used to be a Thai Chicken Pizza lover

But I have recently switched to Chicken Tequila Fettucine

(I think its a prego thing)

And this is my all time favorite salad - th Barbeque Chicken Salad -

You have got to try them - they really rock. I have their cookbooks and actually make stuff from them.

OMG....you evil thing ...they look too good to be true...I'm trying to lose a few pounds before my cruise and here you are tempting me with such wonderful pics....the least you could do is offer me free liposuction to go with it

and shopped for some furniture... we went to one store that only had pirate of the carribean and haunted mansion furniture.. I am not very traditional but REALLY.. that was "special" we couldn't keep from laughing about it...

Hello everyone! It must be lunchtime since there are so many food pics posted! What did everyone do for Christmas and New Years?

It's been forever since I visited last but my life has been crazy. I did get to go to Hawaii for Christmas though!

I need the update....what's happened while I've been away? Could someone take pity on me and give me an update.....pleeeeease?? When Robin have the baby??
