That's why I prefer traditional where your waiter gets to know you and your needs...makes for a very relaxing meal each night. But with that said, I still had a blast...mostly because of my friends and you can't beat the private balcony at a great price!

Oh, I totally agree - I also like sharing a table and getting to know new people. We had a mini suite with a butler - YOU ABSOLUTELY CAN'T BEAT THAT WITH A STICK! It was awesome!!! I understand now they don't provide the butlers for the mini-suites any more - that would totally ruin it for me. He would come in in the morning while we still slept and set up our hot breakfast out on hte verandah (which are big enough there for a full table and chairs) with the silver carafes and our omlets steaming. It was soooo great every morning to wrap our robes over us and go out and eat right there.

Hey BB - did you get my message a long time ago that we now own several of those blue wrist band thingies? My husband was honored at a Dem function and they had those as table decorations. My son now wears it all the time.

OK - you guys have sucked me into posting about a million times - I am off to work on some multi milion dollar calcs for a while - and I am serious. TTFN

i do!! we've both been pretty busy this past week{me with alan's baseball games and party things, her with relatives and sports} so its been boring. you could talk to her....do you know why she is/was mad?? i completely understand why.....im just wondering if you do.

I posted on the other board last night. I noticed that the banned one hadn't posted in awhile. She must be super busy with hoops & track & all she does.

I think a trip to the Lake house is in order. You could hang by the lake, drive the jetski over to Matt A.'s house (maybe he'd be down by the water & see you & wave you over & you could hang out with him for a while. He'd find out how truly wonderful you are & he'd immediately dump Tessa & you'd live happily ever after).

I need some rainy day ideas for fun. Why aren't there any good little kid movies out this summer? No cartoon movies what-so-ever!

What's up with that?

I've got to get busy with office work for a bit, but I'll be around. Yell at me whenever you rise and shine Nutball!

ummmmmmmmmmmmm.......maybe the pacifier!! my little cousin emi LOVED that movie, lol!! i know its not a cartoon, or really made for LITTLE kids{not that its bad or anything!! its not at all....vin diesel doesnt even take his shirt off!!! }, but em is only three and she liked it!! im not sure how these ideas would go over with daniel{im sure he's too "cool" for this now, lol!!} but for ella and holly maybe.....

make a tent inside and put it right in front of the tv so they can watch while "hiding out"!! i used to LOVE doing that!!

do the whole mini scavenger hunt thing...i liked that too, just too much trouble!

cook something....anything!! savannah LOVES to cook, she tells us that she's gonna be the next "emerald" {emril lagasse or however you spell his last name!!} . she likes cupcakes the most....she gets daddy to help her with all of it and then they put little candles on them and each person gets to make a wish when they deliver it to them in bed!! they did that last night....ooh i love chocolate cupcakes!! and my wish was pretty good too, hehe!!

let them break out the glitter and mess!! {im sure youll love that idea!! }

agh, im out of stuff. but all of that is stuff i used to really enjoy and now my sister enjoys it all!! MAYBE you can find something fun to do!!

Well, you see, when I started working on that post nobody was here. Twenty interruptions from the kids and a half-dozen phone calls later when I finally finished it there were bunches of posts and everybody was all happy-go-lucky again, so I thought it best to leave dead dogs buried and I deleted it.

im so sad about it!! i just figured that since his family built their new house by the lake and the closest school is fay., he'd have to go to our school!! and he FAILED which means he would have been in MY class!!!!! OOOHHHH THIS REALLY REALLY SUCKS. and he would have been in my homeroom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AGH!!!!!!!! i need to email becky about all of this.

yes, she always sneaks out of the house at night and she finally got caught sneaking out with daniel{her boyfriend at the time}, and her mom grounded her for 3 months, and her stepdad grounded her for another 3 months!! but ya know what?? she still sneaks out, just now its with colby!!

Um, I think I have an even BETTER idea. How 'bout you come up and here and do all this stuff for me!!! I need a really cool babysitter and I think you'd be the coolest! I'd just have to get rid of Daniel first, wouldn't want him around when the hot, young babysitter shows up.

Holly went to a Kid's Day out thing at church and then over to a friend's house. I took the other two to Sonic for lunch - WOOHOO! Then we went to Blockbuster and rented movies and a video game for Daniel. I almost got "The Pacifier", but the kids already saw it at the theaters. A good friend recommended "Hitch", so I got it because I LOVE Will Smith.

thanks, lol!!! i remember doing my own things when i was a kid that i absolutely LOVED. i remember staying at my grandparent's house and i would make "food" outside with mud and stuff, grinding up dried leaves.....and when i got a little older i loved playing in the woods to the east side of their house; i enjoyed playing in the spring and imagining my friends were with me and all that, lol!! i had a VERY active imagination!! and i loved ice walking. i could have killed myself, but i took precautions, they had this big pond, and i just loved to get an adrenaline rush by walking as far out as i could without falling until the ice cracked, then racing back to the bank before i fell through!! i lost a shoe once!!!:rotflol: but i was hardly ever bored back then, hehe!!
