NC Beast spent several hours this morning in N. Raleigh to find me some Hershey Cherry Cordial kisses and bought me a small gift from Blockbuster. I didn't snoop. He blurted out where he went on his way home and almost told me the titles. He knows that I bought him a dvd, but not which one---we have a list on who can buy which dvds. We may buy some more gifts after Christmas for Little Christmas (Epiphany).

Santa just dropped by in the form of the UPS guy!

I got my gift from my Secret Santa---my awesome Boston BIL (NC Beast's oldest brother). He gives nice presents---this year---> Sharper Image.

My stupid puter's been down all week so I haven't been able to check in. However, I did get to talk to Chocolatesista earlier this week and guess what.....we've planned another meet in February...

..and this time with our ChocolateBoys!

I'm baaaaaaackkkkkk!!!!

It was truly a lovely Christmas! Wonderful all around. I am sporting a new diamond on my neck (a small one, so don't get too jealous) - we're all going snowshoeing, and my son thinks this was the best Christmas ever. The funniest thing is that I told people tha Catrina could use some girly toys like dolls and things - she took every doll she got and shoved it right aside - hated them with a passion. Aw well, her brother is turning her into a monster truck loving Tom boy.

So tell all everyone!!!!

Yes indeedy, she is a long ways from walking but it was just a huge jump from her just learning ot pull up last weekend to last night taking actual steps - while still holding hands.

She is 10 months old now!

NC Belle So did you and da Beast head downtown to watch the Acorn drop? Looked like a blast but that's just too much crowd for me...I was happy to just sit home for once and ring in the New Year with my big sweet dog

We stayed home and had some champagne---its been awhile for us to be in the same place for NYE---usually he is scheduled to work 3rd shift. We watched ABC for awhile and watched some of the Twilight Zone Marathon.

Morning... the first week of work for the new year.. LOL.. Boys got off to school and I worked out this am at the Y and now onto working.. I am working from home today and may work from home all week since all of the managers are at a offsite meeting. So why go in the office, I get more done at home.. but I'll see..

The wedding in Cleveland was very nice and luckily the weather held so the driving was good..

I have been looking at cruise stuff... We have never done a Western, Any tips on excursions for the western? I was on the Disney site nd put a few of the excursions on my wish list..

But first I need to gear up for the MOM/ Son part 2 trip in Febraury ( with Eric).. I am thinking of a Universal power Pass for us. Then we can go again during the year.. Will we get tired of Univeral for 3 days?

Congrats CG on the baby steps! Yipee!

Been a busy few weeks. We broke down and bought Sam her car. A 2006 Elantra. She is thrilled. Now only if she made the payments.....

Got lots going on. I have two minor surgeries scheduled for next week and my dh is deploying to Iraq. Happy new year to me! ugh.
