Has anyone heard of or used this workout? Any thoughts on it?

I just went to the website and was annoyed by his voice.

I am not sure what the program offers. I see a guy in great shape working out in a gym environment; but in a few cases, not using great form I think the program comes with a nutrition section, but was not 100% sure. All I really got from this was that what he was offering worked for HIM.

I would be interested in hearing from someone who purchased, but it is not something that grabbed my attention after reviewing the web page.

As always, we are an experiment of one and what works for me amy not for you and visa versa. I would not get past his voice.
