Hi everyone,
We have a rental at the BWV for 5 nights in Nov. However, for a few nights before the rental we have a room at the BW Concierge that was arranged at a discounted rate through a friend who is a CM. On the day we are moving with our kids to the Villa, my parents are coming to meet us, and will stay in the hotel room. Because this is at a discounted rate, I don;t want to have them get their own reservation so they will stay in our room. So my questions are:
1. On the day they move in, can we have the credit card that is billed on the account for that room changed (this is not essential, I am just wondering);
2. On the day we turn the room over, can I have housekeeping do a full cleaning and turn over as if I were checking out? I want to make sure the linens are changed, the room completely cleaned, and toiletries, etc replaced. My mother keeps asking me this.
Any other hints/tips from anyone?
