Moving luggage from one resort to another

We're moving from All Star movies to Animal Kingdom Lodge--can bell services take care of this for us, or do we have to call a cab?

Do you tip at pickup of the luggage or delivery to the new resort--or both?

Speaking of tipping, when the luggage was delivered to room without anyone there, what should be done for tips? Consider it a freebie delivery?

just call bell services when you are ready to go. they will move it for you. It will be there after 2 or 3 usually. They have not been bringing it into your room until you get there. you will have to call for it after check in or when you return to your room (if you decide not to wait there all day for it). I tip when it is take from my room & again when brought up. 2 different people.
