Moving luggage from Dolphin to BWV

I'll be staying for 2 nights at the Dolphin, and then moving over to BWV to join family for a week there. From what I've heard, the Dolphin does not assist with moving luggage to Disney resorts because the Dolphin is not a Disney resort itself. Is that right? Is there any alternative, such as actually hiring/tipping someone to do this? Or will I just need to roll my suitcases down the sidewalk myself? I won't have a rental car at my disposal.

How have others handled the luggage switch between Swan/Dolphin and the other Epcot resorts without a vehicle available? Thanks in advance! :D

I was wondering the same thing! We're staying at the Dolphin the first night because of a late arrival and will move to the BCV the next morning. I thought I'd walk over and check in early and ask bell services if they could pick up the luggage.
I just assumed Disney would pick up the luggage, especially when a nice tip is involved. ;)

If they willn't move it for you, I would just get a cab. It's probably a mile between the entrances of the resorts on the road, it wouldn't cost that much.

Thanks for the replies! Maybe I'll call down to BWV and ask if they will pick up the luggage for a fee (or a good tip ;) ). Otherwise I'll probably just walk and move it over myself. It would take me 2 or maybe 3 trips. I suppose I could use the extra exercise, considering how much I tend to eat when I go to WDW.

Thanks again!
