Moving gift card balance to a different card?

Hi! Sorry if this post is a bit off-topic, but figured this is the group of Dis Disney gift card experts. If I purchase a Disney gift card from Sam's or some other method where I can wind up with a discount, is there a way to move that balance to a different physical gift card? We are planning a trip for Food and Wine, and I love the miniature gift cards on the wrist strap for that. Thanks!!

Yes, I do this all the time. you just need to set up a gift card account online. I don't remember the web address off the top of my head, but I think it is on the back of the cards.

No, you can't buy a gift card with a gift card. As the pp said above, you will have to transfer the balance on https://www.disneygiftcard.com/
