Moving from Resort to Resort

Hi there~
Had to split my stay for an upcoming trip. 2 nights at Saratoga and 7 nights at BWV. Have a waitlist so hopefully it will come through, but just in case it doesn't....

How do you switch from resort to resort??
We will not be renting a car this time, so I am mainly concerned about moving the luggage. I have never seen people dragging luggage onto a Disney bus LOL so I am thinking there may be a procedure in place.

Bell Services will transfer your luggage between resorts. They only this this once during the day so it wont be at the new resort until around 4pm.

If you call for them to pick up your luggage, you will have to be in the room when they arrive as they wont enter if you are gone. Same applies to delivery at the new resort. They will also expect a gratuity on both ends.

You can also drop your luggage off at bell services and then pick up from bell services at the new resort.

We do split stays all the time and its really easy to move the luggage. As mentioned, just contact or bring your luggage to bell services in the morning and ask it be moved.

Just keep out anything you might want--ie: swim things--in case you get to the new resort and your room is not ready or luggage not yet there and want to use the pool, etc.
