moving from POP to FW??

Part of our family (me, DD12, DD10) will be at WDW, staying at POP, for a few days before DH, DS7 and DD3 will be arriving. We will switch to FW on the day the rest of the family arrives. When we switch to FW, what do we do with our van if our cabin is not ready? Do I have to drive it to any park we visit while waiting for our cabin? Ideally, our cabin will be ready early so we can go buy groceries and be set up in the cabin before the rest of the crew arrives. How often are the cabins ready early? Also which loop should we request?

Whether your cabin will be ready early or not just depends on what time the people in it left. You will be able to park in the FW lot until your cabin is ready and just use Disney Transportation(the Epcot bus picks up at the Oupost stop).

What time will the rest of your group be getting there?

You can park in the main parking area, if your cabin isn't ready. You can also leave it at Pop instead for the morning while at the parks, and head over in the early afternoon to FW.

Thanks for the responses. I think I may drive to a park early, then leave from there in the early afternoon for FW. I'm glad to hear we can stay parked in the FW main lot until the cabin is ready.
