Ok I have a problem.. We are moving and I would like to send/give out cards with our new address and new phone number. Problem is I do not know how to word the announcement. I have an older daughter with a different last name than the rest of us. So I do not know what to do ... How would you word it. By the way the oldest is having to switch high schools and she is 15 so she wants to give to her friends.. we are only moving a little bit away so they could still get together.. So for theory we will say our names are Joe, Stacy, Donna, and Tanya Smith and hers is Lauren Doe . So how would you word it..

Thanks Stacy:idea:

I would assume that anyone you would be sending this information would already KNOW your last names, right?

Just put, "Just a note to announce that Joe, Stacy, Donna, Tanya and Lauren are moving!!! Our new address is..."

If you are worried about the ADDRESSING, I am assuming that "Donna, Tanya and Lauren" are your DD's?

Address the envelopes as "Joe and Stacy Blank". Everyone knows you have kids, right? They don't need to be included seperately... everyone knows you aren't leaving them behind!

If they are older kids, let them send their own and they can address them any way they want!

Yes they are all my daughters. I did think of the way you are stating my my girls wanted us all to be on there but I not sure if I should just put The Smith Family and then have all of our names at the bottom. My oldest I do not think would care as long as I got her some by herself for her friends..

Thanks
