From the FAQ section of the cruise forum here on the DIS:
You can call 888-325-2500, choose the reservations option, then ask what movies will be showing the week you cruise.

Just got off yesterday. The movies playing were:
Bridge of Spies
The Good Dinosaur
The Finest Hour
Star Wars
And a 30 minute preview of Zootopia.
