I seem to remember more variety in Cruises past... I know theatrical releases this year, haven't been what they were.... but same three movies over and over? I wouldn't mind seeing Jungle Cruise on the big screen... might have made it better than it was on my home tv? Heck as many times as I've seen Hamilton on my TV or iPad, think it ought to be a lot better on the big screen. Same three over and over is... boring.

Same three over and over is... boring.

I agree, but I’m pretty sure they are doing this to reduce crowds at each showing. On my October cruise I also noticed that many of the big ticket entertainment offerings would overlap so I would have to pick one and skip the other. Again, probably doing it on purpose to reduce the number of people at each event but it was still frustrating.

They showed Encanto in the Walt Disney theater on the third night and it was 1/2 full at the most, when we went to see it in the Buena Vista the next night (8pm), I think there were two other families in there besides us. There was a showing of Believe at 8:30, so maybe people went to see that instead. DS didn’t care, so we saw Encanto again.

Has the Dream ever really had more variety? I just looked up a navigator from my Dream cruise back in September, 2018 and there were only three movies showing: Ant-Man and The Wasp, Christopher Robin, and The Incredibles 2.

It's only a 3/4-night cruise.

Don’t forget about Funnel Vision! We had soooo much variety on our Dream cruise—they usually did animated stuff in the day and Marvel or Star Wars at night.

Was anyone on the Dream this past week? Are they still showing the same three movies?

I don't think there has been a new release by Disney in January, so would guess the films are the same. Death on the Nile might be on the ships this month.
