UT and Spokane, WA. by Leo Burnett Research Services for MovieBeam Entertainment. Nearly all customers who use MovieBeam, an on-demand movie rental service that delivers quality entertainment directly to homes, reported that the two greatest MovieBeam benefits are superior convenience in home movie viewing and no more trips the video store. The survey reveals that 88% of MovieBeam customers agree that being able to get a movie right away when they want it without leaving their homes is among the top three MovieBeam benefits, and 93% of customers cite not having to pay late fees to video stores as one of the top three benefits.
MovieBeam customers in Jacksonville can conveniently rent from an ever-changing lineup of 100 movies directly from their homes, 24 hours a day, without the possibility of incurring rental late fees.
"The best thing about MovieBeam is the convenience. I can entertain my kids without wasting time running to the video store. It's simple and the kids love it! Whenever you want to watch a movie it's right there and there are so many movies to choose from that the whole family can find something to enjoy together," said Patricia Ross, a Jacksonville area resident.
The survey also revealed that an overwhelming number of MovieBeam customers, 85%, have recommended MovieBeam to someone they know. This powerful word-of-mouth support is bolstered by customer data showing additional top benefits, including:

-- 92% of buyers agree that MovieBeam's picture quality is one of the best aspects of using MovieBeam; and
-- 89% of owners think that one of MovieBeam's best features is its ease-of-use.
