Where on the website can I find these functions for wdw and area resorts?? I have looked and can't find it.

I may be wrong about this but I think you have to call the individual hotels and either ask for the mousesavers rate or some have a code that you put into their online reservation inquiry. Look in the yellow area that comes up with each hotel.
This page will take you to the preferred Disney hotels (not onsite), but to the left you'll see other options.
