Mousesavers Newsletter - Out today?

Does anyone know what time of day the Mousesavers newsletter comes out? I thought it was on the 15th (had to re-subscribe when my old computer crashed), but now I'm not so sure. Want to order tickets for our trip next week. Thanks!
