Hi There,

We're going in October and will be splitting time between WDW and other.

I see that Mousesavers.com has GOPS file for Garmin & TomTom. I was wondering if anyone here has had any experience using those files?

Regards,

Chris

We downloaded it. It is pretty simple to do to our Garmin device. We didn't end up using it really because we are pretty familiar with Disney property so we were fine there. The only offsite places we visited were our hotel the first night (Rosen Centre) and Gatorland and neither of those were in the Mousesavers file so we had to plug in those addresses ourselves anyway. I did like knowing we had everythign in one place though just in case though.

I used it quite a bit this summer during our vacation and found it was very good and accurate for all of the points of interest we hit.

I would say you can use it and be comfortable that it is accurate.

Enjoy your trip!

We downloaded the Garmin GPS file just for fun. We really didn't need it, as we visit a couple of times each year, but thought it would be fun to see which way it took us. Unfortunately, it gave us wrong turns on more than one occasion. One in particular would have taken us off Disney property had we taken it. Another was right outside DHS. The entrance was just to our left and it told us to make a right turn. Didn't bother using it the rest of the trip. I love Mousesavers but there are some glithces for sure in this file.
