Can I use the Mousesavers Codes, for WDW room only, if I am not actually a member of the Mousesavers site ?

You are welcome to use anything that is posted on the Mousesavers site. The only things that Mary asks to be kept for members only is info that is received in the Mousesavers email newsletter. If it's on the site though, it's for everyone to enjoy.
