Mousesavers and codes

If a code from Mousesavers states "contact TRAVEL AGENT who specializes in Disney vacations" does that mean I cannot apply code to existing reservations or make reservations myself?

I pulled up the webpage and checked half a dozen offers. It said you could do either; call Disney or use a travel agent.
