Mousekeeping schedule - tipping

Our stay at Beach club is coming up. We'll be there for about 4 days (9pm arrival Thursday to 10am depart Monday). Will we get housekeeping services in that short time period? If we do, should we tip/how do we tip? I'm used to hotels giving you an envlope for tips, does Disney do that?

They will not provide envelopes for tips. YMMV as to if and when you will get housekeeping. I got into the habit of simply leaving the tip out every day in case they showed up - if you want to write a note or place it in an envelope, you will need to bring your own envelopes, paper, pen, etc.

I'm assuming you're on the hotel side, not a villa/DVC room. The official cleaning policy is modified service every other day... so if you check in on a Thursday you should get service Saturday. You'll see occasional inconsistent reports though, ranging from daily service to no service at all, beds made/not made, etc. Outlier situations aside, you should get modified service Saturday. Like PP I have also been leaving tips out daily even if I'm on an off day... mainly just in case someone does come or if I've lost track of the right day (so many other things going on during a Disney trip, hard to keep track sometimes).
