this year we stayed for 14 nights and got full mousekeeping once and trash and towel twice.


doing exact the same next year but it only lists trash and towel. the only difference is we have two confirmations , one for so many days and the other for the remainder as we have two contracts (no different from this year) . should I email them or speak to them when we check in. don't want to have the same linen for a fortnight . why is it different from this year. we aren't moving for the 14 nights.

If you have two 7 night stays, you would get trash and towels on day 4 of each reservation. If you have one stay for 8 nights or more, you should get full cleaning on day 4 and trash and towels on day 8.

On your other trip, you should have gotten two full cleaning and one trash and towels, like this = Day 4 Full Clean + Day 8 T&T + Day 12 Full Clean. Unless your reservations were broken up into two. Then you got = Day 4 Full Clean + Day 8 T&T AND Day 4 T&T.

Let MS know about your 14 night stay and that you should have Full cleaning twice (Day 4 and 12) and Trash & Towels once (Day 8).

thanks, did find it strange having just done a 14 night trip but did think it was because the confirmations were broken into 2 this time.
