If you stay 7 nights or less, you will get your trash removed and your towels replaced on day 4. If you stay 8 nights or more, you will get a full cleaning on day 4 and your trash removed and towels replaced on day 8. If you want more frequent cleaning or extra towels you can pay for them.
I agree that there are plenty of trash bags in the villa. There is a trash room in each building or each floor, depending on what
DVC resort you are staying at. You will have two garbage cans in your kitchen - one for recycling and one for ordinary trash.
Housekeeping is a non-tipped position. So unless you require extra service (young kids and leaving a mess for example), there is no expectation of a tip.
Your beds will not be made except on full cleaning days. You won't get daily clean towels so hang them up and plan on reusing them. A studio and one bedroom both get four bath towels, two hand towels and four face cloths. Double that for a two bedroom, triple it for a GV. If you need more, you'll have to pay for them.
