Mouse Ears waiting in our room?

Hi All,
Can anyone tell me where they have gotten gift baskets delivered from? I looked at Peggy's website and she is now a cast member with Disney Florists. I was wanting to have our personalized mouse ears ready for us when we got there, but don't know where else to look. Disney floral was more $$ than I wanted to spend.

I don't exactly know where else you could get them, but they won't be in your room before you get there because the resort doesn't know which room you'll be in until you check in. You could have them delivered, but they'd arrive after you checked in, not waiting there for you beforehand.

i had a large minney waiting for dw on our anniversary trip.they put her on the bed with a bow on her head.i went through the florest.every cm i spoke with was a tremendous help.the only drawback was we had to (wait on our room to be ready).we arived about 12 and checked in but the room was not ready.spoke to the check in cm and she told me it was being taken care of.we went to a park and down played the delay to dw.trying to keep the surprise.it turned out great.everyone at disney was a big help since i planed this a month early and had to do it over the phone. best of luck to you.

Maybe you could have them delivered to the resort but I don't know if you could get someone to place them in your room for you. As the pp mentioned, a room won't be assigned 'til you get there, so if they will do it for you, you may need to delay actually going to your room a few hours to give them time to take them there.

Other florists such as Teleflora can also deliver to Walt Disney World resorts and you will almost certainly find them less expensive than going through Disney. Flowers and gift baskets should be addressed as follows:
Hold for guest: (write the full name under which you made the reservation)
Check in date: (insert date)
Hotel's name and address (which will appear on your confirmation form)

Not sure how to incorporate embroidered mouse ears with that though...you could call them I guess, and see if they can get them embroidered for you.

4. Can you get my Ears embroidered?


There are 2 choices pictured below. On the left is the $8 more elaborate embroidery done by a computer in your choice of style (Print, Caps, Script or Brush) and thread (red, gold, yellow, pink, white, black) at Downtown Disney or Disney Studios. On the right is the $3 chain-stitching which is now done by a computer at the Magic Kingdom.

8. Will my basket(s) be waiting in my room when I arrive?


That really depends on how busy the resort is. The baskets are delivered on the morning of your arrival to the front desk. If you check in prior to your room being ready, and then go off to the parks, there’s a good chance the baskets will be waiting in your room when you return. If you check in after 3PM, and the room is ready, the baskets will be delivered usually within 1/2 hour to your room. If you check in after 9PM, you’ll need to ask for the basket at the front desk - the resorts do not typically deliver anything to the rooms after 9PM.

i used memories by betsy for my husband and will again for our upcoming trip. She was great! But remember, unless you're staying CL you can't have things in your room till you check in. So checkin, go to the parks or DTD, and be prepared for your suprise when you get back.
