Mountain Bike Adventure in St. Maarten?

Has anyone ever tried (or know someone who did) the Mountain Bike Adventure Excursion in St. Marteen?

My husband and I are signed up to do it on our 10/24 cruise. I am trying to decide if it will be worth it or we should just head to the beach for the day.

We did it, it was fun. we are a family of 4, our boys were 14 and 17 at the time. they take you up to the top of the island and most of the trip is down hill. you see some neat things your wouldn't normally see.

Has anyone taken this recently? My 12 year old son and I are booked for it in February. Are you riding on the same roads as vehicles or is it on paths specifically for bikes?
