Motion sickness on spinning rides

Can anyone tell us what ride's spin alot? It really does not make us sick to our stomachs but we really get that dizzy motion feeling. Has anyone taken anything that help's with that feeling? Thank's

One fish two fish red fish blue fish goes in circles too (like Dumbo). I would say stay away from Cat in the Hat if you have a big problem with it.
