Motion Sickness help

It's absolutely true that if you think you are going to be sick you probably will. Anticipatory nausea and vomitting are a clinically proven phenomenon. Chemo patients who have gotten sick when they've had their treatments have been known to throw up all over their chemo nurses when they run into them in the grocery store. The mind is a messed up thing.

And yes, don't mix alcohol with any motion sickness med unless you want to sleep for a looooong time. The sedating effects are additive. zzzzzzzzzzzzzz
