I just read on another thread that you are more prone to sea sickness on the Eastern cruise than on the Western. Is this true? We were on the Western a couple of years ago and were fine. Now I'm a little nervous for our up coming Eastern cruise. Should I be?

I don't know for sure but I heard the opposite. We have had friends do both and the said the West was much worse then the East.

I know it doesn't help much but just what I was told.

Any other thoughts on this question? I'm curious to know myself.

Our Eastern 11/03 was worse than our 11/04 Western! We were in some 26 footers on a sea day.....DW was the only one sick though.....myself and DDs were fine!

We have done both Eastern and Western, and we found that the Eastern was worse. I'm sure it depends on the weather in the area you are cruising also.
