Mother's Day Weekend Specials?

I just wondered if anyone knew when they release the Mother's Day weekend activities/special dining events? I have already called and spoken with a few CM's and no one can answer my questions. I am mostly interested in the Mother's Day brunch; what it is, where it is, what makes it special? TIA!

There really are no specific Mother's Day events except the special meals and the Brunch at World Showplace in Epcot. The Flower and Garden Festival is going on but that is not a specific Mother's Day event.
