Mother's day surprise for wife

My wife and I are sailing on the Wonder this weekend leaving on Mother's day . I thought it would be great if I could have a surprise gift basket awaiting her in our stateroom . Perhaps some perfume , or flowers or other ideas . She loves chocolate !! Does anyone have info on what to select and where to order such a gift in such a short time . Any info would be greatly appreciated .

We just used Shirley for our suprise pail and shovel baskets for our kids on our cruise on April 22...they were both great and I would definately recommend her.
