Mother's Day discounts blocked?

I know that Tables in Wonderland doesn't work on Mother's Day, but does anyone know about other dining discounts? I'm specifically interested in the new Annual Passholder discounts - I don't see anything online about blackout dates for those.

We were actually talking about this on another post earlier today. One poster mentioned that there are AP discount blackouts, but hasn't replied back with any info on where they found that. A couple of us scoured the site on our own & could not find anything anywhere that mentions discount blackouts.

I also thought that there used to be some blockouts on the annual passholder discount for dining, but that might have been something that was changed when they increased the benefits associated with 45th anniversary. I looked at the current Disney World AP dining discount page, but didn't see any of the previous disclaimers. Allears.net still has some exclusions listed, so you can get a sense of which dates used to be blocked. I'd contact Guest Services to confirm that there are no more blockouts.
