Mothers' Day dining discounts

I realize the TIW discount is not valid on Mothers' Day, but are the DVC and/or Annual Passholder discounts available then? Thank you.

DVC & AP dining discounts are blocked out also.

We ate at 1900 Park Fare on Christmas Eve and were able to use our DVC discount, not the tables and wonderland (as expected).

I have used DVC/AP on holidays. Also, the Disney Visa is good at some but not others on holidays.
