Mother's Day at WDW

I'm helping a friend and her family book a trip in May and Mother's Day will be the middle of their trip. Their is her, DH, and 2 early 20's DD's. They want to do something special to celebrate Mother's Day.

Is there a restaurant you'd recommend they try?
