Are there any other adult Mother/Daughter travelers out there? I'm 27 years old, and both my mom and me love WDW and DL. We are going to be there in 2 weeks (:cool1::goodvibes). We are going to MNSSHP for the first time.

YES! I am almost 32 and my mom and I will be taking my son to MNSSHP too! No worries, doll! Mother/daughter friendships are the best! :)

Absolutely! My mom and I took a trip together, just the two of us, last April. I was 35 and she was 59. We had a blast! :thumbsup2

My mom and I are very much looking forward to our upcoming trip in early November! I went last year but she hasn't been since 1997, so it'll be like going for the first time for her.

Hope you all have a great trip!

DD (26) and I (61) have made many mother/daughter trips over the years and we both absolutely love them :cloud9: October visit will be the first with her new DH coming along... and his very first visit to the World! :woohoo: though they did have their honeymoon at Aulani  He totally understands and supports our DD/DM trips though so we already have one scheduled for just the two of us in January :lmao:

Over the years we have made some of my most treasured memories :goodvibes

My DD age 18 and I love doing Disney together. We'll be there in a few weeks for our first MNSSHP, too!

I was there last year for a very short trip last year too, however my mom has not been since 1996 with me and we will be there is October/November too! :thumbsup2

We have a Girls Only trip coming up in October. My daughter (34) and me (59) and her 6 y/o daughter. My daughter and I haven't been since '87 and it's the first trip for the granddaughter.

I. Can't. Wait.

My mum (53) and I (27) are of to Disneyland Paris next year together for my Birthday, she was also my copilot when I drove my classic mini there last year! We love Disney!

My mom(48) and I(25) are going on our first girls' trip to WDW in November! We've gone before as a family but decided this time to go on our own, I'm sooo excited for the trip! :goodvibes

My mom and I went on a mother daughter trip September 13-20, 2010...it was AWESOME!! I was 26 at the time.

You guys will have an amazing time...this is a perfect time of year for that sort of trip. Slow enough that you can really just relax and have a great time together.

My mom (68) and I (44) are planning a trip in 2014 for a four day weekend and are finalizing the details. She has never been to WDW so I'm excited that we can share this!

My mom (54) and I (34) will be making our first ever (for both of us) trip to the World in October.

I'm just hoping we're still speaking at the end ;)

Me and my Ma will be making our 3rd M/D trip in Dec. :cool1: First time for both of us at Xmas and have soo many new things to do planned.

Wow! I didn't expect so many people to be... I guess like me. :goodvibes

My mom was a single parent, so we have a relationship that is different than a lot of the other mother daughter relationships. WDW was the only time we spent together because she was always working. We would go 3 or 4 times a year just so we could spend time together. Now, as an adult... we have never traveled together alone there. We always had someone else along on the trip. It'll be fun though worrying about only ourselves instead of entertaining others (i.e. the boyfriends).

My mother is my favorite Disney buddy! My DH is wonderful, and really very into it all, but my mother is die-hard like I am. From middle school through college she and I would go on getaways together every year (though only one was a Disney trip), and I have 3 sisters but I was the only one to get the special trips. We were planning a WDW trip for dec, but since I moved away, and her work schedule is difficult, we'll have to hold off.

I went with my mom and my youngest daughter in 2009. This year I'm going with my two oldest daughters. We're all celebrating big birthdays, 50, 30 & 25. And a family friend and her daughter are coming along for the fun. Seventeen more days. It's so close.:)

My Mom and I went to Disney for a week in 2009, wonderful trip and made lots of great memories with her. She was 72 and I was 52 at the time.

Now...MY DD and I are going to Disney for a week later this month! :) I'm 56 now and she's 34, and THIS IS HER FIRST EVER TRIP TO DISNEY!! :) I'm so excited to see everything "through her eyes" this trip, and I hope she enjoys Disney as much as I do. :goodvibes

Mom & i went last Sept for her first trip & she had a blast!! We're back this year Sept 11-19th!! What are your dates??
