Most Romantic Place to Stay

My husband and I will be celebrating out 9 year wedding anniversary in February . We have gone to Disney many, many times This time we will go for a few days without our children. I am thinking, since we have been and stayed at so many of the dis resorts and would like to do a lot other than the world, maybe we would stay somewhere else. It's so hard for me to stray too far away, so I was kind of thinking somewhere in downtown disney. Any ideas of great places would be wonderful!!

Well if you want to splurge.... The Ritz Carlton. Frette linens, outstanding service, WONDERFUL beds etc.... It's not that far to Disney and would be pretty romantic to be that pampered IMHO. (And it's often cheaper then Disney's Grand Floridian LOL!)


In the DTD area what about the Royal Plaza. Get a tower room with a spa tub!

downtown disney is not romantic to me - now WL is (my opinion)

There are many great hotels in the Orlando area but for romance, despite the fact that it is a themepark hotel, I love the Portofino and watching "Musica della Notte" over a glass of wine.

Oh I thought of another one I found very "romantic" feeling. Celebration Hotel in Celebration. Close to Disney, you can walk to cute shops and resturants.
