McDonalds Just Kiddin! House of Blues is really nice for entertainment. Very relaxing I find.

I assume you mean outside of Disneyland? Napa Rose is wonderful. Steakhouse 55 at the Disneyland Hotel is also very nice. Jazz Kitchen in Downtown Disney if you can get a table outside on the balcony (and if it's warm enough!).

If you have a car, there are many great places in the Newport area with water views. My personal favorite is a place in Dana Point called Cannons.

In Santa Anna there's the Orange County Mining Company. Very romantic view.
