What in your opinion is the most photographed spot in Walt Disney World (Excluding the Castle)?

I second Spaceship Earth and Tree of Life. Maybe the Partner's Statue, as a runner-up.

I'd say the Partners statue.
The topiaries during the F&G festival rank fairly high as well.

Spaceship Earth would be my guess, altho fewer people visit Epcot than MK. I would guess either that or the Partner's Statue as well.

Since you've ruled out the castle which is the obvious choice, I would have to say Spaceship Earth.

Besides the 'symbols', TOT. I didn't think I took that many pictures but when I got home and sorted through the pictures I had 27 from TOT (both outside and inside queue) alone! Subconcious picture taking at its best!

Probably if you discount the icons (Tree, SSE, Hat, Castle), it'd probably be either the Tower of Terror, the Earful tower, or the World Showcase lagoon ... more specifically, the sky above WSL.

That's a GORGEOUS photo.

I find myself photographing the TOT a lot. I'd say it's probably in the top ten? Maybe?

ETA: I just noticed that the cloud coming out of the side of the ball looks like a comic book thought bubble. Wonder what SE is thinking? Can I take this hat off now?
