The Jenny Craig commercials with Kirstie Alley

The one, I think it's for Digiourno (sp) pizza. It has 3 men in the backyard and one of them is ordering pizza. Turns out he is really calling his wife in the kitchen to make the frozen one.

He is barking orders at her like "Hurry up with that!" "Make it snappy", etc.

Then they show the wife just looking mad on the phone.

If DH did that do me, I would chew him out!!!!

The Always commercials where a woman is in the "feminine hygeine" aisle of the grocery store and someone comes up to her and asks if her "ultra-thin ever gets wet and sticky" or something similarly nasty. The shopper admits that it does. Then, the woman breaks out some Always pads and pours blue fluid on them and tells the shopper to feel it and then pressed it against her clothes.

If that was real and I was the shopper, she'd be eating the pad.

I HATE the Ford one with the American Idol guy: "I get what I want, I go where I please." They play it about 5 times an hour around here. *bangs head against wall*

I can't stand that one either, that guy is extremely irritating.

I hate the Head On commercials too...the Dr. Z commercials are annoying...Old Navy commercials are annoying...the commercial for some fabric detergent where the ladies smear blueberries and stuff all over someone's shirt...I'd be kicking someone in the behind if they did that to me!!

I hate the commercials that have started for some new phone, I don't know which. There's one with an annoying French guy in a diner taking pictures with his phone. Eventually somebody gets irritated, and tells him to put the phone away. And all hell breaks loose, because just calling it a phone is an insult, I guess.

There's another where an annoying woman brings her boyfriend home to meet the family. Grampa says "nice phone" to the guy and chaos ensues.

Why the ad agency wants to feature such irritating people is beyond me. It makes their phone stand out from the pack, I guess. But standing out because everybody hates your ad is a bad thing, I think.

What? You say that's never happened to you or anyone you know? Wow. It happens to me all the time. So irritating too.

While we're on irritating television commerials, let's give a big high-five to the Trojan commercials that ALWAYS manage to come on the car radio when I'm driving my youngest two daughters around!

That's really nauseating all right, but I think it kind of works. If I ever thought I had some kind of foot fungus I'd picture those little guys working under my toenail. And I'd immediately run out and buy their product.

The one for some kind of overactive bladder pill- it talks about pipes and has all these animated "pipe people" in it. The ad seems to go on and on! I hate it.

Appliance Direct commercial. We always look for these when visiting Walt

Disney World.

I'd nominate any and all of the ads dealing with things we shouldn't be seeing in commercials.

I don't want to see smiling Viagra man

I don't want to see mom and daughter walking on the beach talking about dryness

The products are fine, but we don't need ads

I hate the Gatorade commercial where they have superimposed the giant grown-up heads of sports stars on to little kid bodies.

Also, some commercial for a new mint where the actors pop the mint in their mouths and it starts "pinging" around popping out of their cheeks.

How about the new Geico commercials.........the ones with Burt Bacarach, Little Richard and Charo.
They were tolerable with the little Gecko but these new ones really stink, they must have changed ad agencys.

They all look like they've been embalmed and reanimated, especially Charo. I was shocked to see that Charo was still alive, frankly. Although even at her advanced age her legs are better than mine will ever be. But those lips, what has she done to her lips?

I love the Dr. Z commercials!! Especially the one with the kids -"Is that a real mustache?"

I guess if you had thought he was an actor, they would have been irritating, but each commercial has listed his name and company position, so I never thought he was fake.

Thank you! Dh works for Daimler-Chrysler so we know who Dr. Z is. We love the commercials and it shows Chrysler's new CEO as a friendly guy with a sense of humor...the old CEO was a buttmunch...

Now...I Hate that HEAD ON commercial....very annoying, indeed!
