I'm looking forward to seeing my DD7 and DD5's faces light up when they see the castle for the first time. We are going in 9 days! Can you believe it? I've kept this secret from them for almost a year and we are telling them Sat. that we are going!! I'm already having a hard time going to sleep!! What will happen next week?
I'm looking forward to my son, hubby, and sisters faces when they step foot in the World...none of them have ever been before. So it should be really fun.
2 things- driving under the arch! Welcome to Disney World!
And then walking under the train tracks and seeing the world for the first time on a trip. It takes my breathe away. (does that make me a sap) I cried last time because we walked out and the parade was walking by! Does it get any better?
The Main Street Trolley show is what does it for me. We try to take one morning & start at the castle & then work our way back 'up' Main Street with the show. We'll try to get a FP beforehand, but we don't worry too much about what we'll be riding or anything. It's one of our best days b/c it's so low stress.

I agree with a PP. Driving under the sign that says "Welcome to Disney World" always makes my family feel like we're home.
For this next trip I'm most excited about staying at Poly and watching Wishes from the beach.
I'm new to visiting Disney as is my family. I have been reading these boards for a few months preparing myself for this trip.
I'm looking forward to catching this Disney Mania that everyone here seems to have. I'm also looking forward to the feeling that after a year of planning this trip, when I step into the Magical world I'm really not prepared at all.
I remember being there with my family when I was little, and this will be the first time that my wife and I are taking our little ones - I'm just thrilled that we get the opportunity to go and I can't wait to see their faces as we walk past the gates onto Main Street!
We're taking my DD who will be 4 months at the time, and I know she won't remember - but I will love seeing her face when she sees all of these new things!
We're trying to introduce her to Mickey & Minnie at home, via the 2 giant plushes we picked up on Black Friday, lol. She loves Mommy & Daddy's version of their voices, hahah!
Waking up Christmas morning and knowing that I am at Disney
Walking down Main Street for the first time
Seeing my DD5 meet Mickey (all she has talked about for the last year is how much she wants to see Mickey) and seeing the joy in her face as she rides all of the rides that she is finally big enough to ride
Seeing my DS meet the characters (this is his first trip)
And spending Christmas with my mom for the first time in 5 years (she is going with us and we usually spend Thanksgiving with her and my dad and Christmas with my DHs mom)
We will be there on Tuesday.... I just.... I can't wait for everything!! My DDs (2&3) are so in love with every aspect of Disney (thanks to me!), and I just can't wait for them - especially DD3 - to see her frist princess. Its just going to be... MAGICAL!!! Well, Magical and wet!
I guess I can chime in on this as well, I can't wait to see the arch as well it always brings the reality into view. Than I would say second most exciting moment is walking down Main street. About 3 years ago we had some wine at Epcot in the Italian pavillion it was called Rosaregala, every time I smell the cork no matter where we are it takes me back to the same place.
